Job Summary
PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (“CMAAS”) is a group of highly-experienced professionals providing professional advisory services to clients as they work their way through the regulatory and technical aspects of complex situations.
The successful candidate will support clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters related to capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other related activities.
As a member of the Capital Markets practice within CMAAS, you will assist clients with accounting and financial reporting requirements related to initial public offerings (IPOs), bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and other technical accounting issues and capital market transactions.
