Base: $138,600 - $208,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
5+ years HR or financial domain expertise
5+ years enterprise software implementation
4+ years presenting to executive audiences
Experience with LLM orchestration and agents
Workday platform experience required
Nice-to-have
Visceral curiosity for RAG and MCP technologies
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid prototyping
Expertise in creating architectural diagrams
Understanding of SI business models
Ability to travel up to 40% on-site
