Job Summary

• Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables relating to Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects and programmes navigating the Development Consents Order, Transport and Works Act and Town & Country Planning processes, across the pre / post consents stages of the project or programme lifecycle.
• Managing client relationships, identifying and realising business development opportunities, and leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids.

Key Requirements

• BSc/MSc in an appropriate degree
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a consents process
• Demonstrable technical understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes
• Experience of pre-application and/or post consent liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of coordinating approvals and notifications between all interested parties
• Experience working in, or a familiarity with a consulting environment
• Proven track record of delivering tangible results on across a range of projects
• Experience of programme and/or project management within a complex environment
