The purpose of this role is to provide operational resilience enablement through governance support, reporting and analytics, data integrity monitoring, and IT Service Continuity Management program maintenance.
The role focuses on improving consistency, quality, and scalability of resilience services by executing recurring governance activities and maintaining data integrity across resilience tools.
Support audit and assurance activities, including internal coordination, sourcing of evidence, and tracking of actions.
