Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years related experience as Chief Engineer
People management experience leading a team
Universal CFC EPA certification required
DC 3rd Class Engineer license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
Nice-to-have
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Trade school education or union training
Military service background preferred
College degree in relevant field desirable
