Lead the factory Stores and Logistics team, driving initiatives that enhance the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations to meet customer demand and organizational goals.
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient execution.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles, while leading and training warehouse staff.
