Key Requirements

  • Current MA licensure as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant required
  • Physician Assistant License required
  • DPH Drug Control registration required
  • Basic Life Support certification required
  • 0-1 years related work experience required
  • Valid prescriptive authority from MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA
