Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Pre-sales and solutions consulting experience
Strong understanding of CX and CCaaS
Experience with AI capabilities in CX
Knowledge of cloud architectures and APIs
Engagement with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders
Fluent English required
Nice-to-have
Experience in Argentina and Chile markets
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to translate technology into business value
Collaborative and empathetic team culture
Key Requirements
Proven pre-sales or solution architecture experience
