Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
This position requires adherence to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Essential duties encompass administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment functions.
