Key Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience as Assistant Community Manager
  • LIHTC/Tax Credit Program Knowledge required
  • Solid track record of bookkeeping
  • Thorough understanding of landlord/tenant law
  • Strong Understanding of Fair Housing Laws
  • Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager
