Job Summary

• Responsible for inverter product selection, solution design, technical parameter configuration and electrical drawing review.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues for OEM customers, quickly diagnose overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, communication abnormalities and other faults, and issue commissioning and fault reports.
• Provide technical support for the sales team, participate in technical communication, solution presentation, bidding response and prototype testing.
