Job Summary

  • As part of Jump’s helpdesk, you will work directly with our end users to provide technical support, maintaining and monitoring our desktop and laptop fleet for uptime, efficiency, and predictability.
  • We strive for excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction by having a can-do attitude, ensuring proper response times are met and issues are being resolved.
  • This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position expected to be onsite Monday-Friday, requiring flexible scheduling for some nights and weekends.
