Job Summary

  • As a Cargo Inspector with SGS, you'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of shipments, performing sampling of cargo and taking measurements to complete calculations for the accurate reporting to the client.
  • Key responsibilities include following standard practices to perform measurement activities, recording and reporting results, and working as part of a 24/7, 365-day operational team to ensure all operations are covered effectively.
  • SGS will ensure you are provided with the relevant training, coaching and mentoring, along with correct equipment and PPE to ensure you safely perform in the role to the best of your ability.
