The MRI Technologist performs all MRI procedures in accordance with established department policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered.
Prepares and administers intravenous contrast media according to established protocols and performs venipuncture using sterile technique.
Demonstrates competency in performing all procedures, age range from neonatal to geriatric, and ensures patient meets criteria for a safe MRI scan.
