Job Summary

  • The Sr. Field Service Manager is responsible for directing and leading the field service organization for the Florida and Southeast Georgia region, including installations, preventative maintenance, break/fix service, and proactive post-sale service.
  • This position will have oversight for the P&L of the Service business with direct revenue in excess of $20M, and costs in excess of $10M, and will lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Supervisors.
  • The role requires regular client visits, managing high-pressure customer issues, and applying DBS to drive sustainable improvements, with a salary range of $165,000.00-$190,000.00 plus bonus/incentive pay and benefits.
