Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 10+ years HR experience
  • 5+ years HR Business Partnership/Org Development
  • Demonstrated leadership managing HRBP teams
  • Proven experience with complex employee relations
  • Strong data literacy and people analytics
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS and HR tools
  • HR certification preferred
