• Work closely with senior bankers to structure and lead leveraged finance transactions including buyouts and refinancings.
• Provide support in due diligence, underwriting, negotiation of credit terms, and preparation of marketing materials for leveraged loans and high yield bonds.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 5 years experience with credit agreements and financial advisory
• 3 years experience in energy, power, and infrastructure debt distribution
• 1 year experience in high yield syndicate and leveraged finance
• FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses
• International travel up to 5%, domestic travel up to 20%
