Job Summary
This position will lead and facilitate work teams across Receiving, Storing, Picking, Packing and Shipping for the 11:00 am – 7:30 pm shift.
The Manager will protect and control company assets, ensure efficient utilization to meet customer needs, and maintain a safe, secure, clean and high‑quality operating area that is inspection ready at all times.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

Salary
$96,200.00 - $151,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days

Key Requirements
High school diploma/GED with 5 years' experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in vaccine, pharmaceutical, food, or equivalent industry
Minimum 2+ years demonstrated successful coaching/supervisory experience
Working knowledge of cGMPs or equivalent regulations
