Must-have
15+ years leading capital programs
Design-build and EPC experience
Semiconductor manufacturing operations knowledge
Cleanroom and process utility expertise
Executive-level stakeholder engagement
Commercial pricing and risk management
Nice-to-have
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
MBA or PMP certification a plus
Experience with wafer fabrication facilities
Strong entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel for site engagements
Key Requirements
15+ years in design-build/EPC environments
Deep understanding of semiconductor cleanroom operations
BS or MS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Proven track record of securing bookings and managing margins
Experience with brownfield and greenfield facility projects
