Core responsibilities include installing, configuring, monitoring, and deploying desktop hardware/software as well as managing the IT Ticket System.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel as necessary to offices and job site locations while providing 24/7 coverage.

Key Requirements
A.A.S. in Information Technology or two years of equivalent experience
Entry level up to one year of experience required
Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, and networking basics
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Citrix XenApp, and Endpoint Security
Ability to provide 24 hours per day, 7 days a week coverage
