Job Summary

  • Acts as HR Business Partner for the plant, responsible for the full HR lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, talent development and succession through to payroll and departures.
  • Provides advice and guidance to all levels of management on the corporation’s HR strategy, policies and procedures.
  • Leads HR system integration projects and ensures user acceptance, ensures data quality in various HR systems.
