Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for leading the intelligent City Services (iCS) Application Engineer team to support the technical implementation, application integration, project deployment, and customer technical services for smart retail solutions.
  • As a team leader, this role needs to formulate departmental goals and technical support strategies based on business development directions, lead the team to handle technical issues at various stages of pre-sales evaluation, project implementation, and post-sales maintenance, and continuously improve the team's technical capabilities and service quality.
  • In addition, this position requires close collaboration with cross-departmental units such as sales, product management, R&D, projects, and customer service to promote product application landing, optimize technical documentation and training mechanisms, and assist in establishing competitive retail application technical service capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • Familiarity with IoT device applications and network communication
