  • The Director of Core Manufacturing Technology will lead a global team to transition Oura from project-specific engineering to a core technology model focused on miniaturization and reliability.
  • This role is responsible for owning the 3-year roadmap for foundational manufacturing processes including ultra-miniaturized SMT, water-tightness molding, and optics excellence.
  • Candidates must have deep operative experience solving yield issues on the factory floor and a proven track record of leading senior engineers across SMT, molding, and coatings.
