Job Summary
The Fund Accountant is primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting functions related to fund reporting with a strong understanding of fund and property management documents and reporting requirements ensuring the production of meaningful and accurate financial reports for investors and lenders.
Responsible for the month-end-close process of your respective funds including but not limited to: the preparation of the fund's work papers, reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of all sub-ledgers.
