Job Summary

• This role exists to define and harden the architectural, firmware, fleet management, and reliability foundations that enable rapid innovation while protecting system integrity, customer trust, and operational excellence.
• Own the roadmap and long-term platform strategy across camera hardware, firmware and OTA systems, and video and media services with a focus on reliability, scalability, and customer trust.
• Define the metrics that reflect real customer outcomes: reliability, performance, and experience quality.
