Job Summary
Responsible for full Life Cycle Management of all Testers & Calibration systems, including End-of-Life (EOL) processes, upgrades, improvements, and ongoing optimization.
Leads POD (Proof of Design) activities for hardware, software, and process updates, and develops production support systems, testers, jigs, tools, and documentation.
Provides technical support for production issues and drives innovative CIP (Cost Improvement Projects) to improve yields, product quality, process efficiency, data management, and overall cost effectiveness.

Key Requirements
