The role involves designing and shipping full-stack systems, mentoring engineers, leading architecture, and contributing directly to impactful AI agents like the UpToDate Expert AI medical assistant.
The team is a remote-first, globally distributed group of about 100 engineers combining startup agility with established company stability, emphasizing outcome-driven work and high autonomy.

Full-stack development skills
Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
AI agent development and evaluation
CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
Secure SDLC and privacy by design
Mentorship and leadership in engineering

Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and MCP

Key Requirements
8+ years professional software engineering experience

Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
