May supervise the work of other estimators and intern students.
Participates in personal career development through on the job training, attends pre-construction/ operations classroom training programs, participates in software training, seminars and assists in the development and training of interns.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in estimating
Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction is preferred
Experience in Municipal Work, Higher Education, Healthcare, Public Schools, Assisted Living, Multifamily and Country Clubs
