Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience on SFDC Service Cloud
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud & Customer Community
  • Experience with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, VisualForce
  • Experience with Integration (REST, SOAP, CDC, Platform Events)
  • Experience with Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions
  • Maintenance of data and mitigation of data issues
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts, business analysts, and developers
  • Good documentation skills
  • Guide the QA and business teams during the testing process
