Oracle ERP system proficiency
FDA and ISO regulatory compliance knowledge
End-to-end project budget and timeline management
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in business or technical field
Project Management certification from accredited institution
Experience with Product Development Process (PDP)
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 7 years total experience
Certification in Project/Program Management preferred
