• The Director, MedTech Trade Operations – North America provides strategic direction and operational oversight for Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech trade operations across the U.S., including Southern Border (Maquila Mexico) and Canada activity.
• This leader is accountable for developing and executing the long‑term strategic roadmap for MedTech North America trade operations, driving flawless execution of day to day operations, strengthening functional capabilities, optimizing resources, and driving strategic programs to harmonize trade compliance operational requirements to a consistent, high‑performing model.
• The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $150,000.00 - $258,750.00

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field
