Job Summary
Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors, responsible for developing and implementing efficient routes across several regions with regard to individual client needs.
Maintain and reinforce compliance with Company policies through dispatch and direct observation; develop driver skills through discussion and example.
Develop and maintain a professional rapport with all of our customers which includes but not limited to; programs, guardians, special needs clients of all ages and customer contacts from the organizations with whom we contract.

Must maintain a safe driving record
