Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years Business Analyst experience in Claims
  • Deep understanding of Claims workflows FNOL coverage
  • Proven delivery of AI GenAI automation solutions
  • Strong Agile backlog management and UAT experience
  • Experience with cross-functional global teams

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to LLM-based solutions and prompt workflows
  • Familiarity with OneClaim or core claims platforms
  • Knowledge of model governance and explainability
  • Background in process re-engineering and operating model design
  • Working knowledge of data metadata and lineage concepts

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst in Claims Insurance or Financial Services
  • Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production
  • Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog management and UAT
