Job Summary

  • The Director leads a team charged with providing essential marketing, recruitment and admissions infrastructure for existing and new graduate programs, as well as collaborates with university leaders to build out and execute robust, customized marketing and recruitment communication strategies and admission processes that drive and achieve graduate enrollment growth.
  • The Director will also oversee and perform quality control, continuous quality improvement, and is responsible for establishing, tracking, and fulfilling marking, recruitment and admissions goals.
  • This position requires a flexible work schedule that will accommodate recruitment travel; evening and weekend work may be required.
