Cook large quantities ensuring quality and taste
Accurately prepare therapeutic and modified diets
Record food temperatures per safety regulations
Assist in supervising kitchen operations

Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
Work cooperatively with staff across departments
Participate in orientation and ongoing training
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year cook experience in hospital or long-term care
Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Certification
Must remain in good standing with Department of Public Health
