Job Summary

  • The primary objective of this position is to perform daily activities of a Commercial Service Technician under the direction of the Service Manager, responsible for field activities for aftermarket projects, T&M Labor, and Preventative Maintenance Agreements.
  • The role requires troubleshooting and diagnosing building mechanical systems including RTUs, split systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, AHUs, and VAVs, with the capability to repair and/or install proposed diagnoses.
