Key Requirements

• Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in drug development
• At least 3 years developing organizational strategy
• Direct experience with radioconjugates or radiopharmaceuticals required
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
