Job Summary

• The Suite Attendant maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and assists guests in accordance with ASM’s Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.
• Essential duties include pre-event suite set-up, verifying and setting up orders, taking and serving event day food and beverage orders, and maintaining suite orderliness throughout the event.
• Ideal candidates must have strong verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor, be self-motivated, able to stand for long periods, and be personable and guest service driven.
