The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality care.
The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The nurse will participate in ongoing training, quality assurance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care and compliance with facility policies.
