This role provides high-quality, timely support to contractors working within the life sciences field, ranging from straightforward problem-solving to contributing to more complex operational solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors and internal teams—including IT, Clinical, Project Management, and Learning Management—ensuring a seamless, full-service support experience.
Demonstrate strong organizational discipline by tracking requests, following up proactively, and ensuring timely resolution of contractor needs.
