Job Summary
This entry-level role is responsible for providing professional first-line remote and/or onsite technical support to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure all requests and resolution incidents result in zero missed Service Level Agreement (SLA) conditions.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing along with an Associate level certification in Data Centre or Networking technologies such as Cisco.
