Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Maintenance management in industrial plants
SAP PM module for maintenance planning
Preventive and corrective maintenance execution
Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge
Use of E-maint and AM/PM methodologies
Coordination with third-party service providers
Nice-to-have
Teamwork and collaborative culture
Focus on sustainability and energy management
Continuous improvement and process optimization
Knowledge of TPM and maintenance lifecycle management
Fluent Spanish communication
Intermediate English proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related
3 years experience in maintenance area
2 years experience as maintenance supervisor in industrial production lines
Diploma or course in Maintenance Management and Failure Analysis
Intermediate English level
Experience with SAP PM module
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
Experience in engineering projects and continuous improvement
