Provide basic information about medication/product, proper medication management, disease education, and emotional support to referred individuals.
Conduct education sessions with patients and caregivers, collaborate with customers to operate patient support programs, and develop business goals and marketing strategies.
Under guidance, collaborate with customers to develop educational resources and complete all reports and written assignments in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
