Key Requirements
8 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
2 years of work experience with a PhD degree
10-12 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree (preferred)
6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (preferred)
3 years of experience with a PhD (preferred)
4 to 6 years Payments and / or sales business experience (preferred)
Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets
Ability to develop, lead and close complex competitive sales efforts
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to negotiate agreements and contracts effectively
In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate internal and external resources
Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators
