Base: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match, insurance, and PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience as Analyst/Architect lead
Deep knowledge of Middle office services
Expertise in complex financial products like Repos and TBA
Agile methodology and continuous delivery practices
Strong understanding of Transaction Management domain
Nice-to-have
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to navigate competing priorities effectively
Creative strategic thinking with focus on outcomes
Proficiency in MS Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
Experience driving client due diligence processes
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience as Analyst/Architect lead
BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
Working knowledge of Bonds, Equities, FX, and listed derivatives
