Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Pool & Gym is responsible for effectively managing and operating Pool and Gym area and its facilities as well as all resources, delivering the unique brand standards and its service level to eventually realize a positive financial result.
Maintain high level cleanliness and condition of the area, organize various wellness events and activities regularly, and drive revenue through membership, retail, activities and personal training development.
Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and guidance to the team members and place emphasis on the skills training and development of team members for succession.
