Job Summary
Contribute to the project planning and implementation of the Talent Development initiatives and GBS HR strategy.
As a VIE, you will collaborate with teams in diverse geographical hubs, gaining a deep understanding of how a world leader in gases, technologies, and services harmonizes its HR practices on a global scale.
This role is highly visible to the GBS leadership team and strongly connected to the HR community like HRBPs and the CoEs.
