Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides, assist nursing with training, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings including Patient Care Conferences and Rehabilitation Conferences.
Ensure accurate documentation according to PT Board State Practice Act and governmental requirements, and participate in discharge planning including caregiver training and equipment recommendations.
