Must-have
Project Controls and Estimating expertise
Hands-on AI solution development
Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL
Experience with EcoSys and Primavera
Part-time telework with in-person attendance
Data preparation and troubleshooting
Integration of AI into workflows
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with BETK, EPIC, EVA, PAV, CFAR, Hyperion
Basic AI and automation tool knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Experience applying automation or AI-adjacent tools

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
8-10 years relevant experience or 12-14 years relevant experience
Experience in two or more core Project Controls or Estimating processes
