  • The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • You will assist in scheduling, maintain employee records, handle employee and applicant communications, and support nursing supervisory personnel to ensure efficient operation of the nursing department.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident and employee information, attending committee meetings, and facilitating staff orientation and development programs.
